We support a woman who has already made the very personal decision to end her pregnancy by providing the financial support she might need to be able to have sedation medication for the procedure. To have to go thru this procedure fully awake with all of your senses; feeling, seeing and hearing is painful in all ways. To be able to provide the extra money between an awake procedure and a sedated procedure is what A Village of Women is here to provide.
At the clinic we are affiliated with, an abortion using no sedation costs $495 and a sedation procedure is $620. This $125 difference is often cost prohibitive to have a more comfortable experience on what is already a hard, long, stressful, painful day.
A Village of Women wants every woman to be able to be sedated if they want that option and we will pay the $125 difference.
Your donation allows women to lessen the traumatic experience an abortion can be and offer some peace and compassion during a painful procedure.

The need for organizations like this has happened quicker than the time needed to get all my ducks in a row.
